The ENECTOR wallbox has been awarded this year's “Special Mention” GERMAN DESIGN AWARD for its innovative and dynamic design. It is the first AC wall-mounted charging station that KOSTAL has developed in-house and it recently celebrated its world première at INTERSOLAR 2021.
The ENECTOR wallbox has received a key award for its successful combination of design and engineering even before delivery has commenced (end of Q1 2022). The jury for the GERMAN DESIGN AWARD praised, in particular, the functional yet strong design of the KOSTAL wallbox with its clear lines.
With the ENECTOR wallbox, the KOSTAL Group is consistently pursuing its path of offering solutions for the charging infrastructure of electric vehicles from a single source. Based on its experience in the development and production of inverters for solar systems and Onboard Chargers, KOSTAL Solar Electric is now closing the gap to offer high-quality charging solutions for end customers at home with the Wallbox ENECTOR.
The ENECTOR wallbox from KOSTAL can charge compatible fully electric vehicles and hybrid models quickly and safely from all available power sources. The wallbox offers a single-phase charging power of up to 3.7 kW and a three-phase charging power of up to 11 kW, which is complementary to the Onboard Chargers manufactured by KOSTAL Automobil Elektrik.
